Hi - we are Bill and Jeanne Nix and we began our search for the ideal Florida coastal community 25 years ago.  After 10 years of living in Orlando - where our children graduated from high school and left the nest for college - it was time to pursue our own dreams.  We started small, with a condo at Marina Bay in Flagler Beach where we could keep our boat and visit the ocean.  We loved Flagler County so much that Bill took his experience of 30 years as a senior executive acquiring companies worldwide and applied that experience to the real estate business. The canal lifestyle of Palm Coast became the dream come true as we designed and built our home and explored all that Flagler County has to offer for boaters and for the active family.  Over the last 15 years, Bill has become exceptionally respected in the Flagler County Real Estate Business, introducing customers to residential and commercial opportunities.   In 2018, Jeanne left her teaching career and joined Bill in real estate. Together, we have successfully helped more than 200 customers with their home purchase/sale of beach, canal and pool homes. One of the aspects that has made us successful is our knowledge of the local community - we can provide buyers and sellers with a reliable array of recommendations for everything from electricians to handymen to fencing companies to home cleaners….not to mention canal maps, paddling guides (for kayakers) and trail maps (Flagler County has over 200 miles of biking/walking trails!)  We have stayed on top of all the changes in the real estate industry and are prepared to offer both sellers and buyers the representation they need and deserve.
